breech babies

i'm reading "heart & hands" by elizabeth davis & i was reading her step-by-step to assisting breech births. she says that the room should be warm because baby's body will be exposed to air for a longer period before being born entirely (makes sense), and that if the room is not very warm, to wrap 2 blankets in order to prevent stimulation of respiratory efforts. so i'm wondering, if exposure to air stimulates baby's breathing reflex, would it be more beneficial to birth a known breech in warm water? any discussion & experiences would be welcome.

typical. i jumped the gun & failed to read ahead where she mentions that waterbirthing does help to alleviate many of these concerns, but i'm still eager to hear experiential advice form those who have seen it done.
