Emily Bender, NC, CHN of Nutrition for the Whole Family is a Nutrition Consultant and co-author of Our Bodies, Ourselves. Her practice focuses on individually-tailored food, supplements, lifestyle and environmental choices that support fertility and reproductive health for women. She is Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition & teaches Masters students at Hawthorn University.
Karmin Guzder teaches healthful cooking classes for the public as well as Gardening and Nutrition at Waldorf Schools. She is passionate about traditional foodways and natural health that supports a sense of confidence and well-being.
