My first child is due in august, all of the Alberta registered midwives through the Alberta midwife Association are booked up, none can or will take me for that time. Im looking for a wise woman, to aid my partner and I in a conscious birth. Birth can take place anywhere, but preferably In Calgary Alberta Where I live or in Windermere BC in a cabin on the lake (a 3 hour drive from Calgary). Is anyone feeling up to the challenge and would like to stretch their traveling legs, or have any soul connection with other doulas, or midwives in my area. Im 22 very healthy and have little fear.
